These guys were so awesome and polite. Worked really hard to accommodate my staying in the house while work was being done. Really only one mishap, but one of the owners (Mike) drove probably 2 hours late at night to correct it. Their team is fast and efficient and does what they say they will do. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks to the while crew for working with my needs.

Did a great job on our demo and remediation and was very fair with the price . Mike Mays , the owner made sure everything was perfect before he as done. Victoria , the office person was very helpful with all the billing for our 13 units. I would highly recommend MGM restoration .

Unfortunately we were out of town when our neighbor said we have water coming out of our garage. UGHHHH. Our insurance company sent out MGM Recovery. Michael Mays was the project manager. He explained everything step by step. He is very knowledgeable about his job and what problems could occur. He is an asset to the company along with his crew. They were at my house daily checking on the progress and letting me know by phone. Great company and great employees. I would recommend them in the future.

They were very quick to respond to our roof issue, and placed the tarps where they needed to be. Helping stop the roof leak completely. Very professional in all they did. Would highly recommend them.

Would absolutely recommend MGM recovery! I had a pipe burst during the 2021 Texas ice storms and MGM came to the rescue. They were attentive, empathetic, professional and thanks to their quick attention & thoroughness during the mitigation process, all of the water was extracted from my house and I never had any issues with mold.
